Include clear photos of the issue with your request. We'll review your case and, if approved, we'll offer to remake your item at no additional cost.

2. Personalization Errors: We produce your item exactly as specified in your order. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or remakes for errors in the personalization information you provide.

3. Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it enters our production process quickly. We cannot guarantee cancellations, but we'll do our best to accommodate requests made within 24 hours of order placement.

4. Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. In extreme circumstances (e.g., multiple unsuccessful remakes), we may issue refund.
